The mission of CSHTS is to provide a comprehensive, state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program that prepares competent, safe, ethical, and compassionate nursing assistants and home health aides to meet the healthcare needs of individuals in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
The mission of C & S Healthcare Training and Staffing, LLC (CSHTS) is to provide a comprehensive, state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program designed to prepare competent, safe, ethical, and compassionate nursing assistants and home health aides to meet the healthcare needs of individuals in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The program is developed and implemented in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) Nurse Aide Training Program requirements and applicable regulations under 105 CMR and 230 CMR governing private occupational schools.
CSHTS is committed to ensuring that graduates demonstrate:

Safe and competent nursing assistant skills within the defined scope of practice

Respect for the dignity, rights, privacy, and individuality of all patients/residents

Ethical and professional behavior in all healthcare environments

Effective communication and teamwork within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
The program integrates classroom instruction, laboratory skills training, and supervised clinical experience in approved healthcare facilities to ensure students are fully prepared for entry-level employment and state certification.

Plans
Learning strategies can be very useful tools for helping students achieve success in their classes. It takes the commitment and hard work of both students and instructors for learning strategies to work.
CSHCTS Instructors understand that they play a very important part in helping the student learn learning strategies. They have ensured that their students understand the purpose of learning strategies and how learning strategies can be a very useful tool for academic success. They have also provided their students a general overview of the process they will use for learning strategy instructions to pass the class. The instructors will do their very best to help their students select those strategies that meet their particular learning needs and to work with their instructors to ensure the strategy matches specific course demands. The instructrs also will carefully plan and teach each strategy in ways that are beneficial to their students. The instructors know that their students should be an active participant in this learning process and the instructor agree to ask for students' feedback as they work together to teach and learn each strategy.

C & S Healthcare Training and Staffing, LLC (CSHTS) provides job placement assistance services only and does not guarantee employment, job placement, wages, hours, or job location upon completion of any training program. Upon graduation and passing the MA State CNA Certification examination from D&S Diversified Technologies, our graduates will be assisted with a job search in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospitals currently associated with the Center. Employment decisions are made solely by hiring employers and are subject to employer requirements, including background checks, health screenings, and eligibility for licensure or certification. Participation in job placement assistance services is voluntary and does not constitute an employment agreement between CSHTS and the student
