Our Vision
To be known as the best Nursing Assistant Training school, resource place in the community that provides the very best training, to clients in our geographical by enrolling and train: loving, ethical, compassionate, hard-working, professional and honest individuals in the community who are dedicated to provide outstanding care services and improving the quality of clients’ lives.
Our mission is to prepare nursing assistants/home health aides/healthcare personnel, that have the skills to work in healthcare agencies and/or the home environment. Our program is client centered and focuses on teaching students how to meet the needs of the client in a long term care agency, a hospital or in the community. We believe that it is the right of every client to receive quality nursing assistant/home health aide care from trained personnel. We prepare our students through planned classroom theory, lab instruction and experience in the hospital/long term care facility to give care in a holistic and professional manner.

Students may have different learning styles, which require different approaches to learning. Various learning strategies can help students achieve success within our program. Students should understand that in order for learning strategies to be helpful to them, they need to work hard and take an active role in their learning. Our classes are important opportunities for student learning and students are encouraged to participate and ask questions to enhance their own understanding of class content. We have dynamic, caring teachers who work very hard to present the materials that the student will be tested on each week, using PowerPoint presentations and lab practice for skill learning. Students must attend all classes and are encouraged to prepare for each class, ask any questions they have about the lectures, and complete all assignments.

Learning strategies can be very useful tools for helping students achieve success in their classes. It takes the commitment and hard work of both students and instructors for learning strategies to work.
CSHCTS Instructors understand that they play a very important part in helping the student learn learning strategies. They have ensured that their students understand the purpose of learning strategies and how learning strategies can be a very useful tool for academic success. They have also provided their students a general overview of the process they will use for learning strategy instructions to pass the class. The instructors will do their very best to help their students select those strategies that meet their particular learning needs and to work with their instructors to ensure the strategy matches specific course demands. The instructrs also will carefully plan and teach each strategy in ways that are beneficial to their students. The instructors know that their students should be an active participant in this learning process and the instructor agree to ask for students' feedback as they work together to teach and learn each strategy.
Job Placement
The CSHCTS is ready to assist our graduates with finding jobs in the local community, however, we do not guarantee job placement. Upon graduation and passing the MA State CNA Certification examination from D&S Diversified Technologies our graduates will be assisted with job search in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Hospitals currently associated with the Center.
